Dear Delegates
We appreciate your registration as a Delegate to the 45th NSM Scientific Conference and Annual General Meeting (UNIBEN 2023).
Please read through this email carefully to the end. It contains important information for presenters and registered delegates.
Programme of Events
1. Day one – 27th November, 2023, arrival and on-site registration of Delegates.
 
2. Day two – 28th November, 2023, Opening ceremony, Plenary and Technical sessions.
 
3. Day three – 29th November, 2023, Plenary, Technical sessions, Poster viewing and Virtual presentations
4. Day four – 30th November, 2023, Plenary, Technical sessions, Poster viewing, Virtual presentations and Annual General meeting
For Oral Presentation
1. Presentation time is maximum of 10 minutes.
    You are strongly encouraged to prepare a suitable number of slides that can be discussed in the given time.
 
2. Come with your presentation slides on a CD. Flash drives will not be accepted to avoid introducing viruses into our systems.
 
3. Your presentation must include a title/cover slide that provides information on the title of the work and the names and affiliations of the authors
 For Poster Presentation
1. Presentation time is 10 minutes maximum.
      You are strongly encouraged to prepare a suitable number of slides that can be discussed in the given time.
2. Poster dimension of 841 mm x 1189 mm maximum
3. The poster must carry both the NSM and the University of Benin logos
4. Poster format: 
           – Title, Authors’ names, affiliations, Abstract, Brief introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Brief Conclusion, References
 
Collection of Conference Materials
 Registered Delegates who are unable to attend in person but wish to have hard copies of the Conference materials may delegate a colleague to pick up their materials. A clear print out of your payment evidence will be required before the materials are handed over.
